La pellicola si prepara a tornare al cinema con il remake diretto da Jon Favreu. Il Re Leone arriverà nei cinema italiani il 21 agosto, un mese dopo l’uscita negli USA. Il lungometraggio sarà contraddistinto dalle amatissime musiche di Elton John e Tim Rice, riarrangiate e reintpretate per l’occasione da un cast stellare tra cui spiccano Beyoncé e Donald Glover.
