La canzone di questa estate è stata sicuramente Despacito. Tutti hanno cantato o ballato sulle note del tormentone spagnolo. Nemmeno la televisione ne è stata immune. L’abbiamo sentita talmente tante volte da renderla odiosa, ma aspettate di sentire la versione di Sesame Street.

Come Bert all’inizio commenterete: “Oh no, ancora quella!” ma presto apprezzerete la nuova versione della hit estiva 2017.

Per incominciare la canzone è bilingue. Il brano è in inglese e in spagnolo. Protagonista della canzone è El patito, il paperotto, ed Ernie. Il paperotto di gomma tra le mani di Ernie canta il ritornello della famosissima Despacito. In più il testo è stato cambiato per venire incontro al pubblico giovanissimo del programma. La canzone, infatti, di Luis Fonsi parla di un’attrazione irresistibile… Per ovvi motivi il testo di Sesame Street è diverso da quello originale che abbiamo così tante volte sentito alla radio in quest’estate.

Nella versione di Sesame Street Ernie ed “el patito” sono due amici inseparabili. La canzone è l’elogio della loro amicizia.
