Il brano è stato scritto dallo stesso Walker in collaborazione con Stargate, Julia Michaels e Justin Trenter (autori di buona parte dei brani dell’ultimo disco di Selena Gomez). La canzone racconta la necessità di ritornare ad amarsi e a non lasciarsi condizionare da chi ci invita costantemente a cambiare la nostra natura e il nostro carattere pur di piacere agli altri.
